CallerID Precedence (CATI Crib Sheet)

Basic precedence is in the following ascending order of lowest priority first

  1. Campaign based.

  2. Sample-based or preview call request (if supported by the CATI. if blank it is ignored)

  3. Port-based (if blank its ignored)

Campaign-based CallerID can be set in several ways that have its precedence in the following ascending order - lowest priority first.

  1. Set from global setting in the dialler config

  2. Set from CATI (if supported by the CATI. if blank it is ignored)

  3. Set in Campaign Parameters via the Web Console.

In the case of the value applied to/from the campaign, it may support meta characters that allow for the CallerId to be conditional on the telnum prefix.
