Agent Dashboard - Report

Agent Dashboard is a section available from the side menu, available to authorised users. 

Agent Dashboard allows a user to search and play the last 10 recordings for any agent who is or has used the INVADE Predictive Dialler today (This feature allows an agent in 'Wrap Up' to playback a recording. This allows to cross-check speech to text/review data captured before the next call is taken) 

Agent Dashboard default page header - Note, the version discussed on this page is available from WebPortal Version 1.9.15

Click in the 'Agent Field' to show all agents currently active. Note this section will be active when agents are logged into the INVADE Predictive dialler

In this example, Agent6002 has been selected

Agent6002 info = Current Agent selected
Campaign = Current campaign the agent is working on
Dialler = INVADE Predictive Dialler the agent is logged onto
Logged On Time = Time the current agent logged on
Logged Off Time = Time the agent logged off
Status = Current status of the agent. Note if the agent is active this will change in real-time

Last Call Recording, by default the section will display with the ability to play the last call recording of the agent selected.
