Call Report - Run Microsoft Excel Reports

The INVADE Dialler WebPortal is able to produce Microsoft Excel Reports (Excel) based on the selected columns in “Call Report” section.
Note: any time stamp is in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), Local machine time will be active from 2nd September 2021 maintenance. If the server time and the user local time differ, you will have the option to change the time in WebConsole (this is hidden if server and local time is the same :
The generation of Excel reports is enabled by clicking on the “Excel report” slider and initiating the search by clicking on the hourglass search button.
The generated reports can be found in the “Reports” tab.
The list of campaign reports will look as follows:
Report name is created in the following pattern:
Report_{user who initiated report}_{campaign name or “All” for all campaigns}_{report_start_date}_{report_end_date}_{creation time}.
To download the EXCEL report, click on the title, To delete the EXCEL report, click on the bin.
If you create a report with no summary details selected, the report will look as follows:
In order to have summary row for each grouped data set, summary row needs to be created by selecting at least one summary field from “ReportSummary” tab.
The resulting report will add summary rows to each grouped data set.
By default exported data will be grouped by “InterviewID” (same as RecordID), this can be changed by selecting different “Row Groups” value.
NOTE. If you are using sample points in your survey / campaign (if available), these will always be included in a generated report.
