Using QPSMR Companion to add extra sample
This article will explain how to add extra sample to already configured and loaded campaign.
In the QPSMR Companion select "File" → "Open".
Select project's "qdf".
It has to be qdf in Input directory. Otherwise all operation will fail.
When project file loaded select "CATI" → "Add to sample data file"
In the next pop up window select "Open input file using the sample". In the file selection dialog choose project's qif file from "Input" directory.
Set the identifier for the additional sample.
New sample identifier has to be number.
Once the sample identifier is set, click on "File with sample to add" button. In the next pop up window choose "Browse" and select xlsx file with additional sample.
The final step is to click on "Add records now"...
If the operation was successful you will see the following confirmation dialogue, saying that you have successfully added a number of extra sample and the following pop up window will confirm the total amount of sample.
The successful addition should be reflected in the Invade's WebPortal "CATI (Campaign) Manager". Confirming that additional sample with identifier 77 was added successfully to INVADE's database as well.
In cases where the sample was added successfully to QPSMR records but failed on INVADE's side, you will see failed batch import record in "CATI (Campaign) Manager". See below.
If the sample already exists in QPSMR records you will see the following error message.
Most of the times after the first attempt to add extra sample, the following attempts most likely will fail with the following message. The solution to this is to restart the QPSMR Companion.
