Call Count not Displaying Correctly
Fix - April 2020
Within the columns / data picker (data fields) a simple 'Maximum Calls Made' field was either missing or not displaying data correctly. This was reported as:
Issue 1. Missing "Max Calls" column in table Port
Issue 2. "Call Count" in table Route is just replicating info from "Call Count" in Port Table. The info in "Call Count" for table Port is correct but the "Call Count" for table Route seems wrong.
This has been corrected and expected to be picked up in other sections in due course. Example below shows Call Count across the available ports (SIP Trunks)
