DiallerConsole Upgrade

Before installing DiallerConsole on any PC/station you may be sure that this belongs to the same network than the dialler. Once you have checked this out then please follow these steps:

 

1. Launch DiallerConsole from the shortcut.

 

2. Right click anywhere in the application and click "Remove this application ..."

 

3. Click Yes to confirm removal.

 

4. Navigate to the following URL in your browser:

5. extract the zip file 


6. Locate and select diallerconsole.html then right click, open with and select internet explorer  


*You will need to have Microsoft Silverlight installed to use with DiallerConsole. It is not installed yet, you will be asked to install it. Once this is done go back to point 1.


7. You should now be presented with an "Install button", Click this and the latest version will be installed.


8. It will create a new DiallerConsole shortcut in your desktop.

 

Then to use the DiallerConsole double click the desktop shortcut, this will launch the DiallerConsole in a separate window.
