  • CLI (Calling Line Identification / Caller ID)
    is a feature that identifies and displays the telephone numbers of incoming & Outgoing calls made to or on a particular (SIP TRUNK) line.

  • DID (Direct Inward Dialling / DID)
    also known as DDI in Europe and sometimes referred to as a virtual number is a local telephone number in a selected country or city.

  • NRC (Non-Recurring Cost)
    refers to one-time setup fee applied for service activation i.e. Purchase of Numbers / CLI’s

  • MRC  (Monthly Recurring Cost)
    refers to an ongoing monthly fee applied for service renewal.

  • MMC  (Minimum Monthly Commitment)
    refers to the amount which needs to be deposited every month to have particular pricing.

  • CDR (Call data record)
    provides detailed information about the call.

  • CSV (Comma Separated Values)
    A CSV file is a plain text file that stores tables and spreadsheet information. This contains the CDR data of a table of text, numbers and dates etc. CSV files can be easily imported and exported using programs that store data in tables such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets etc
