The following document explains the version of DiallerConsole required for the Alphanumeric CLID to work, and also the format that the alphanumeric CLID needs to be in.

 

1. Check that the version of DiallerConsole you have installed on the workstation is the same as the version listed below:

1.14.6.18


You can find out the version of DiallerConsole by clicking on the button in the top left hand corner of DiallerConsole (the one with the number pad picture).
 
1.1: If you do not have the latest version of DiallerConsole installed, perform an uninstall of the current version by right clicking in the application and selecting "Remove Application". Once you have removed DiallerConsole visit the following URL to download the latest version:

NOTE: You will need to change the string above to match your local site. Change the "LOCALDIALLERIPADDRESS" string to the IP Address of the local InVADE Dialler.


2. Once you have the latest version of DiallerConsole installed, select the campaign that you wish to set the Alphanumeric CLID on.

3. When you have the campaign selected perform the following:

3.1: Select the "Change" button.

3.2: Enter the Alphanumeric CLID in the following format:

Number+Name

An example of this would be:

0123456789+HelloWorld



Once you have set the alphanumeric CLID, click the "Commit" button. If you wish to save this permanently for this campaign also click "Save".

The Alphanumeric CLID should now be set. Once you have configured this please run some test calls to confirm the CLID is being presented correctly.
