User Management is a section available from the side menu available to authorised users.
Call Costs Reports - is a builder to create 'rate cards' based on prefix numbers added within the campaign. As the INVADE Solution dials the respondent number, it will strip the prefix to allow the correct number to be dialled and will register against the rate card created.
Rate Cards & Reports are the two tabs available in this section, by default, this opens with Rate cards
Call Cost Reports default page header (not all available sections are shown)
Title User Management = current section you are viewing
Users = The current tab you are viewing (no other tabs are available)
Grey column title
Username = Username as given to the user (it is recommended the company email format should be used i.e. scott.child@invade.net
Email = email address of the user
Created = Date and time created i.e. Apr 18, 2018, 6:28:07 PM
The following Column titles are permission-based as follows
the user has access to the section
the user does not have access to the section
This is applicable to all sections of the INVADE Solution
Action = Allows you to edit the user

= Allows you to delete the userBlue circle with a cross = create a new rate card
Icons top right = INVADE Solution connected
User = Currently logged on Username and INVADE Solution Web Portal Version, with the ability to 'Logoff
How to Create & Modify a User
- click on the blue circle with the cross to pop up a 'new' User form
- Fill out the form card as appropriate, both Name and Email (also for manual Dial Solution - Extention number is required for CATI Manager & CATI Interviewer user) is mandotory as these are the fundamentals of the user.
The following is an example, once complete click OK or cancel if you wish to start again - Once created the user will appear in the list and can be modified using the Action buttons.
