INVADE's aim has always been to help you ‘Rethink CATI,’ whether this is a move to a new CATI & Dialler partner or a revamp of your existing estate with exciting tools from Emertec.
INVADE are excited to introduce 'Wurkforce' Software as a Service that takes data from the dialler, the CATI S/W, screen activity, camera, and voice to deliver optimal management of remote interviewers and supervisors. It gives complete visibility, KPI management and QC for supervisors and managers - and empowers the interviewer to manage themselves. Auto performance alerts at campaign, team and individual levels prompt timely relevant intervention.
The WebPortal has two types of sections:
Information = The section has no or limited ability to change the content. For example, WebConsole—the campaign may be manipulated from within the Campaign stats, but all other items are informational.
Builder = The section is to build a function to run within the INVADE Solution, for example, Call Cost Reports - the rate card requires building to run the report.
