Access to the Invade solution requires an OpenVPN secure tunnel to be configured on your computer.

Prerequisites

You will need the following information from your supervisor / manager before you can setup the OpenVPN tunnel:

• OpenVPN configuration file (eg your-company.ovpn)
• Username
• Password

Setting up for the first time

These instructions will give you through installing OpenVPN onto a Windows 10 computer, installing the configuration file and connecting to the VPN.

1. Download the OpenVPN software from https://openvpn.net/community-downloads/ - for Windows users we recommend the "Windows Installer (NSIS)" version listed.
   
   
   
2. Double click on the installer file and follow the instructions to install OpenVPN on your computer.
