VCSD is a section available from the side menu available to authorised and INVADE trained users only.
VCSD - is a powerful tool to restart or shut down part or all of the INVADE solution.
WARNING - This should be limited and only added to the user profile once trained. If this is not the case you will be in breach of the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and further charges may be applied.

Icons top right = INVADE Solution connected
User = Currently logged on Username and INVADE Solution Web Portal Version, with the ability to 'Logoff'
Key - Module & Info
OS = The operating system used by the INVADE Solution NOTE. The INVADE Solution is native to Linux Red Hat
Remote Access = Is the INVADE remote access tool running is not active and is active
Asterisk = The Asterisk (Telephony platform) version installed and running information
Dialler = The Version of the INVADE Components and CATI Licence connected to the INVADE Solution

Using the VCSD interface
VCSD has to 'Actions' that can take place
Shut Down By confirming this action you will shut down the service associated with this button. WARNING - this action can only be reverted with manual intervention on a physical server or via virtual environment control panel, such as vSphere.
Restart By confirming this action you will restart the service associated with this button. WARNING - This action can only be used in the correct order
Once an Action Button has been clicked you will receive a warning message and confirmation is required to continue.
NOTE. Training on the INVADE VCSD is available through the customer support desk and is part of the SLA as a remote teaching session.
