INVADE's built-in softphone can replace traditional hard/soft SIP phones.

INVADE's softphone is designed to work seamlessly with INVADE Solution 6.0+

Once the phone is configured (The SIP extension for the dialler will require configuration from INVADE Customer Support Desk, although accounts can be added to the User Management - section in preparation) and ready to receive a call it will glow bright green, see below.

If the phone configuration is not correct or there is a problem with connecting to the telephony server it will glow red, see below.

Once the phone is answered it will display incoming call details, incoming name and number and will have an option to hang up the call.

If the browser is not set to allow microphone for the WebPortal it will display the following error.
