Invade's built in softphone can replace traditional hard / soft SIP phones.
Invade's softphone is designed to work seamlessly with Invade dialler.
Once the phone is configure and ready to receive a call it will glow bright green, see below.
If the phone configuration is not correct or there is a problem with connecting to the telephony server it will glow red, see below.
Once the phone is answered it will display incoming call details, incoming name and number and will have an option to hangup the call.
If browser is not set to allow microphone for WebPortal page it will display the following error.
