The WebPortal has two types of sections:

Information = The section has no or limited ability to change the content, for . For example, WebConsole - the WebConsole—the campaign may be manipulated from within the Campaign stats, but all other items are informational.

Builder = The section is to build a function to run within the INVADE Solution, for example, Call Cost Reports - the rate card requires building to run the report.
