Before installing DiallerConsole on any PC you may be sure that this belongs to the same network than the dialler. Once you have checked this out then please follow these steps:
1. Launch DiallerConsole from the shortcut.
2. Right click anywhere in the application and click "Remove this application ..."
3. Click Yes to confirm removal.
4. Navigate to the following URL in your browser:

http://ServerIP/DiallerConsoleVO/DiallerConsole.html --> View Only version
*You will need to have Microsoft Silverlight installed to use with DiallerConsole. It is not installed yet, you will be asked to install it. Once this is done go back to point 1.
** ServerIP, replace this with the IP where DiallerConsole files are stored, normally on the dialler server.

2. extract the zip file
3. Locate and select diallerconsole.html then right click, open with and select internet explorer
4. You should now be presented with an "Install button", Click this and the latest version will be installed.
65. It will create a new DiallerConsole shortcut in your desktop.
Then to use the DiallerConsole double click the desktop shortcut, this will launch the DiallerConsole in a separate window.
6. Before starting using DiallerConsole you need to setup the dialler IP.
a. Click on Dialler (1)
b. Edit Dialler entry and setup the dialler IP (2)
c. Save the configuration
