The WebPortal has two types of sections 'Information' or 'Builder'.
Information = The section has no or limited ability to change the content, for example, WebConsole - the campaign may be manipulated from within the Campaign stats but all other items are informational.
Builder = The section is to build a function to run within the INVADE Solution, for example, Call Cost Reports - the rate card requires building to run the report.
