Key - Module & Info

OS = The operating system used by the INVADE Solution NOTE. The INVADE Solution is native to Linux Red Hat 

Remote Access = Is the INVADE remote access tool running Image Added is not active and Image Added is active

Asterisk = The Asterisk (Telephony platform) version installed and running information 

Dialler = The Version of the INVADE Components and CATI Licence connected to the INVADE Solution

Restart  By confirming this action you will restart the service associated with this button WARNING this action can only be used in the correct order i.e.    


Once an Action Button has been clicked you will receive a warning message and confirmation is required to continue


NOTE. Training on the INVADE VCSD is available through the customer support desk and is part of the SLA as a remote teaching session.
